Creating Your Aligned Vision for 2024
The coach emphasized the following key goals and objectives for the coachee during the session:
💫 Setting a Clear Vision: The coachee is encouraged to define the primary energy and intention they want to feel at the end of 2024, and to encapsulate it into a word of the year. This word will serve as a reminder and guide for the coachee throughout the year.
💫 . Setting Specific Goals: The coachee is advised to write down their vision and goals for their business, connected to the word of the year. The coach recommends breaking down these goals by quarter and month to ensure clarity and achievable milestones.
💫 Taking Aligned Action: The coach stresses the importance of being granular and breaking down tasks, emphasizing the need to take aligned steps toward achieving the vision and goals. The coachee is also urged to introspect and recognize any self-sabotaging behaviors that hinder progress.
💫 Creating Visual Reminders: The coachee is encouraged to create a visual representation, such as a vision board, to serve as a daily reminder of their goals and vision. The coach offers a vision board workshop course to help the coachee create an aligned vision board.
By aligning with the vision, setting specific goals, taking aligned action, and creating visual reminders, the coachee can work towards a successful and fulfilling 2024.
